Family First: Teen Acne

Before your teens lose any sleep over acne, local experts have a recommendation you might not know about.

One U-W health dermatologist says there is an easy way to hide pimples at this year's prom if necessary.
It's something called "camouflage".... an over-the-counter product with a blue/green tinge that neutralizes the color.
It meshes with a person's skin and hides any blemishes.
It can be found in both drug stores and cosmetic counters.

But with a lot of acne, the UW experts say if teens take a couple weeks to sleep well, relax and eat a better diet, they can really do a lot of good in clearing things up.
