In family first today, I'm sure you're sick of hearing about how you can effectively lose weight for your new year's resolution.
Well I found some fabulous ideas, and unique, at webmd.com.
First, they say to set a timer for 20 minutes so you can "reinvent" yourself as a slow eater since it makes you eat less.
And get this - sleeping an extra hour a night can help you drop 14 pounds in a year, according to a University of Michigan researcher who ran the numbers for a 2,500 calorie per day intake.
Third, they say if you serve three vegetables with dinner tonight, instead of just one like usual, you'll eat more without really trying.
All the fiber and water will fill you up with fewer calories.
Another tip you might have heard of... adding a soup for starters helps you avoid more calories later.
Finally, hang an old favorite dress, skirt, or pair of jeans that are just a little tight where you'll see them every day.
