In Family First this morning, a great reason for your family to spend an extra 20 dollars.
A local food pantry will be matching that cash to feed families that have trouble getting food on the table.
The "Mom" food pantry recently adopted a new model - and two anonymous donors stepped forward to match the first $35,000 in donations!!
That $35,000 adds up to 250,000 meals for those who qualify.
The matching funds are going on from now through the end of March.
That new "model" allows those within MOM's Middleton and west Madison service area to take more food - when before it was only one week's worth of food every month.
