The Art Cart rides again. For 36 years, the Art Cart van has brought hands-on projects to children throughout Madison and Dane County. Projects often incorporate natural materials or take advantage of outdoor settings, as the van travels to parks, playgrounds, and beaches where children and families gather.
Art Cart will start making rounds in Madison on June 18. Programs are offered for children ages 3and above. Families who see the familiar white van with monkeys on the side can just drop by to join in the fun.
