In this week's Family First: be a part of Dane County Humane Society's very own Camp Pawprint - a series of week-long day camps for kids.
Animal lovers ages 7-15 enjoy animal-related lessons and activities. Activities include humane education lessons, critter projects, group games, and daily presentations from local animal experts. All campers spend time interacting with the camp animals and getting hands-on experience providing daily care and socialization.
Each week of Camp Pawprint has a different age group and theme - from Animals & Pets 101 for beginners to "Creature Careers" for the experienced camper.
The week long camps begin June 11 and end August 24. They run 9am-3pm Monday through Friday, with before and after care available.
