There's a great way to get your garden set for summer and support the Cambridge Library.
The Friends of the Cambridge Library's Plant Sale is Saturday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is held at the Amundson Center at 200 Spring St. in downtown Cambridge. You can find a large selection of perennials, annuals, bulbs and other gardening items. All proceeds benefit the library.
Also Saturday is the 10th Annual Touch A Truck and Bike Ride at Cambridge High School. It is a great time for kids to get inside fire trucks, police cars, race cars, farm tractors and limos.
Both events are free to the public.
