An Oregon man is charged with several counts after a fatal hit and run.
A preliminary investigation indicates 25-year-old Frederick Outhouse was passing the vehicle driven by Anthony Youngblood of Madison.
Police say Outhouse applied his brakes sharply, causing Youngblood to swerve. Youngblood lost control of the Durango he was driving, and Youngblood was ejected from his vehicle.
Frederick Outhouse is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of motor vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, Hit and Run Causing Injury and Recklessly Endangering Safety.
