The man accused of killing a young woman from the town of Burke will stand trial.
Robert Phipps appeared in Dane County court on Tuesday on charges of murder, theft and operating a vehicle without consent in the death of Alicia Hatzinger.
Detectives working on the case told the judge about case details - including how Hatzinger died.
The judge decided there was enough evidence to go to trial.
19 year old Alicia Hatzinger was found dead in her parents Town of Burke home September 18th.
