The Janesville man accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a child is now facing more charges.
27-year-old Jeremy Schade appeared in Rock County court today and is now facing several federal counts of manufacturing child porn.
Those are in addition to the state charges he was already facing.
Schade was supposed to be arraigned for repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy starting in the summer of 2002.
He was also charged with 8 counts of possession of child porn.
Today, the Rock County District Attorney asked for another court date in January to give prosecutors more time to work on even more charges Schade will likely be facing.
Rock County District Attorney Mary Bricco says, "As we got into the case it was even more complicated then we originally believed, and we only received the complete set of reports late last Thursday."
There's no way to know for certain what any additional charges will be, but police in Janesville say they're looking for any information about any other possible victims.
Any new charges could have something to do with that.
