A father and son are in police custody, after a 27-year old man was stabbed at a home in Monona.
According to the Monona Police Department, the 27-year-old victim was confronted by 61-year old Amado Rodriguez Junior early Sunday morning, who was upset that the victim did not bring any beer with him. Authorities say Rodriguez stabbed him in the stomach with a pocket knife.
Police also say they found Amado Rodriguez III in the home - they say extremely intoxicated and wearing blood-spattered clothing. He was arrested on a parole violation.
Amado Rodriguez Junior was arrested on charges of conduct regardless of life.
The victim's injuries are not life-threatening.
