Former congressman Mark Green will rejoin the law firm where he worked before his election to Congress.
Green will join the Green Bay office of Godfrey and Kahn. He'll help businesses with administrative and regulatory matters, as well as assist them in international markets.
Green left Congress after four terms representing northeastern Wisconsin to run for governor, a race that he lost to incumbent Jim Doyle in November.
Green worked for Godfrey and Kahn from 1989 until his election to Congress in 1998. He held the law job when he was a state lawmaker from 1992 to 1998.
Godfrey and Kahn has offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton, Green Bay, Waukesha, Washington DC and China.
