A 26 year old Waunakee man injured during a car accident on Christmas night has died.
Police tell us Brian McNally passed away December 29th.
Brian and Megan McNally were traveling south on Whitney Way, when a car hit them at Hammersley Road.
21 year old Rikita Lee of Madison was also killed in the crash.
The teenager driving the car that struck McNally's appeared in Dane County Court today.
19 year old Ian Bowers is tentatively charged with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
