Cargo Planes Collide, Burn on Milwaukee Airport Taxiway

Two cargo planes have collided and burned on a taxiway at Mitchell International Airport.

An airport official says both pilots got out and the fires have been put out.

Airport spokeswoman Pat Rowe says the accident happened about 8:00 pm and shut down the airport for about half an hour.

She says the shutdown is believed to caused very little disruption in airport operations.

She also says there aren't believed to have been any serious injuries.
