Senate Democrats say they'll push to expand Wisconsin's popular do-not-call list.
Senator Jon Erpenbach of Middleton says he wants to add cell phones to the list and increase penalties on telemarketers who violate the law.
He also says he wants to allow small businesses to be able to add their numbers to the list.
Erpenbach spoke at a news conference with his Democratic colleagues today as they announced plans for bills dealing with consumer protection and privacy.
Democrats say they'll also seek new restrictions on predatory lenders and payday loans and additional privacy protections for people who have their taxes professionally prepared.
