Weapons Violation

Address: 400 W. Gorham St
Victim: 19 year old male, Madison
The victim was walking in the alley between W. Johnson St and W. Gorham St. He heard a "pop" and felt something hit his thigh. He observed a hole in his jeans and his leg was bleeding. The victim had a punture the size of a pea on his thigh that appears to have been caused by a pellet or bb. A vehicle that was parked near by had a broken window and several pellets inside. The victim didn't see or hear anyone in the area when he was shot. The victim did not seek medical attention.
