BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (AP) -- A drug and alcohol counselor is accused of providing cell phones to inmates at the Jackson Correctional Institution in exchange for money.

The 52-year-old Sparta woman is facing two felonies following her arrest several days ago. The counselor was a contracted employee who worked at the prison.

Jackson County sheriff's officials say prison employees got a tip about the phones and recovered two of them.
