ADELE PLANS COMEBACK AT GRAMMYS

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Adele will consider herself a winner at the Grammys just for getting her voice back. She will perform Sunday for the first time since her vocal cord surgery. Her "21" album is considered a favorite to win album of the year, and she's up for five other awards. The other album of the year nominees are "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga, "Loud" by Rihanna, "Wasting Light" by the Foo Fighters, and "Doo-Wops and Hooligans" by Bruno Mars. Kanye West leads the pack with seven nominations. The Grammys will be Sunday in Los Angeles and shown live on CBS.

"AMERICAN IDOL" CONTESTANTS ARE SICK AND TIRED

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The girl who fell off the stage during "American Idol's" Hollywood Week is OK -- but some of other 185 contestants don't seem to be. Symone Black was taken to a hospital after fainting off the stage. She attributes it to poor eating and not enough water. "Tent Girl" Amy Brumfield got a new nickname -- "Patient Zero" -- because she brought a bug to Hollywood that other contestants caught. Some singers got sick...of each other, as diva behavior reared its head. Contestants stayed up all night putting together their group routines. The groups will perform for the judges beginning next week.

CHRIS BROWN WILL STAY ON SUPERVISED PROBATION

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A judge isn't cutting Chris Brown any slack, just because he's doing a good job on his probation. A judge in Los Angeles says Brown should stay on supervised probation until he's finished his community service. Brown has finished half of his six months of service he was ordered to perform after pleading guilty to beating up Rihanna in 2009.

CLARENCE CLEMONS' NEPHEW WILL PLAY SAX ON BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN TOUR

NEW YORK (AP) -- Clarence Clemons' nephew is one of two saxophonists who will fill the Big Man's shoes on tour for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Springsteen says Jake Clemons will share sax duties with Eddie Manion. It will be the first E Street Band tour since Clemons died last summer. The tour starts March 18 in Atlanta. Springsteen's "Wrecking Ball" album comes out March 6.

PAUL McCARTNEY GETS STAR ON THE HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Paul McCartney was the last Beatle to get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Beatles got one as a group, and John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr each have gotten individual ones. McCartney did not get his until yesterday. He called "an impossible thing to happen." McCartney is the Grammys MusiCares Person of the Year and will get a tribute gala in Los Angeles tomorrow. He'll also perform at the Grammys on Sunday. His "Kisses on the Bottom" album came out this week.

ROCK HALL WILL INDUCT BACKING BANDS

CLEVELAND (AP) -- The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will induct six backing groups whose lead singers have already been inducted. That includes the Blue Caps, who backed Gene Vincent; Bill Haley's Comets; The Miracles, who backed Smokey Robinson; Buddy Holly's Crickets; James Brown's Famous Flames: and The Midnighters, who backed Hank Ballard. They will be inducted during an April ceremony in Cleveland. The other inductees this year are the Beastie Boys, Donovan, Guns N' Roses, Laura Nyro, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Small Faces/The Faces.

SHARON OSBOURNE DENIES SHE'S TRYING TO KEEP BILL WARD FROM BLACK SABBATH

UNDATED (AP) -- Sharon Osbourne says she's not the one keeping Black Sabbath from reuniting. Drummer Bill Ward had said he's holding out because the contract he's been offered is unacceptable. Osbourne says on her Facebook page, "I am not in any position to hire or fire anyone in Black Sabbath. I don't manage the band, I manage my husband."

KISS AUCTION WEDDING PACKAGE

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Kiss are auctioning off a wedding package that includes Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley as guests of honor. The wedding or vow renewal ceremony will be at the "Hotter Than Hell" Wedding Chapel inside the Kiss Monster Mini Golf in Las Vegas on March 15. The package includes limo transportation, two nights in a hotel, bridal make-up, flowers, a "Kiss costume" for the groom, cake, photos, silver Kiss guitar pick necklaces, dinner for the couple and 20 guests and a Kiss tribute band to play the reception. The eBay auction for the package is going on through Tuesday. Bidding as of last night was up to $2,500, but there's a "Buy It Now" option for $50,000. Part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

OBAMA CAMPAIGN RELEASES CAMPAIGN SONG LIST

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Maybe it's no surprise that after President Barack Obama sang "Let's Stay Together" he's using it as one of his official songs for his campaign. Obama will also use "Green Onions" by Booker T and the MGs, U2's "Even Better Than The Real Thing" and "Mr. Blue Sky" by ELO. He's even got some hipster songs, like Arcade Fire's "We Used To Wait," Florence and the Machine's "You've Got The Love" and "I Got You" by Wilco. The Obama campaign playlist also includes songs by Bruce Springsteen, No Doubt, Earth, Wind and Fire, James Taylor, Ray LaMontagne and Jennifer Hudson.

HEATHER MILLS SAYS PAUL McCARTNEY VOICEMAILS WERE HACKED

LONDON (AP) -- Paul McCartney's ex-wife is taking on CNN interviewer Piers Morgan in Britain's media ethics inquiry. Heather Mills testified two dozen phone messages McCartney had left for her after they had a fight in January 2001 had been hacked. She says it was strange that the messages had been listed as having been already listened to before she had accessed them. She says a journalist for the British newspaper group Trinity Mirror confronted her, and she said there's no way he could know that without hearing her messages -- and he laughed. Morgan, who was editor of the Daily Mirror tabloid, said last year he hadn't ordered any hacking or asked his reporters to write stories based on hacked messages. He says he heard Mills' voicemail but refused to say how he had gotten it.

BLACK KEYS, SKRILLEX UP FOR MTVU WOODIE AWARDS

NEW YORK (AP) -- The Black Keys, Skrillex and Foster The People are up for Woodie Awards. Those are given by MTV's university branch to music voted on by college students. Those acts are up for Woodie of the Year, along with Mac Miller, Frank Ocean and J. Cole. Twenty-two acts are nominated for best emerging artist. The Woodies will be March 15 in Austin, Texas, during the South By Southwest Festival. Fans can watch live online. The full show will also be broadcast March 18.

KATY PERRY RE-RELEASES "TEENAGE DREAM"

NEW YORK (AP) -- Katy Perry wants you to buy her "Teenage Dream" album all over again, but she's throwing in some new stuff. The extras include three new songs, as well as the Kanye West version of "E.T.," the Missy Elliott version of "Last Friday Night," and an acoustic version of "The One That Got Away." It also includes a seven-minute remix of her six number-one hits off that album. "Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection" comes out March 27.

CLAY AIKEN FAVORS OLD SOUND

NEW YORK (AP) -- Clay Aiken is putting out a new song that he hopes sounds old. "Bring Back My Love" is the first single off his "Steadfast" album. The album is a collection of oldies and standards. "Bring Back My Love" is a song he hopes can stand up to those classics. Aiken says he's calling the album "Steadfast" because it's how he feels about his career: "being focused and steadfast." The album comes out March 29. Aiken will be on this season of "Celebrity Apprentice," which premieres February 19.
