ADELE CONFIRMS BOND THEME

LONDON (AP) -- Adele will sing the next James Bond movie theme. Both the song and the movie are called "Skyfall." Adele says she was hesitant because of the instant spotlight that comes in doing a Bond song. She changed her mind because she fell in love with the script and fellow songwriter Paul Epworth had some great ideas, so she says it became a no-brainer. The song will premiere on her website at www.Adele.tv on Friday, the 50th anniversary of "Dr. No." The film "Skyfall" premieres November 9.

"THE VOICE" WRAPS UP BLIND AUDITIONS

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The teams are complete on "The Voice." Team Christina's last pickups were a 15-year-old who skipped her prom to audition and a 16-year-old who was offered a record deal that fell apart. Team Adam won over a woman with panic disorder so bad she sometimes passes out, and a teenager who sleeps on the couch in a cramped apartment with seven people. Team Blake recruited a teen singer whose mom drove her to Nashville 40 times in a year and a half to pursue music, and a 46-year-old who gave up music to raise his daughter. Team Cee Lo picked up the son of a bull rider and a former backup singer for Lady Gaga.

JOHN MELLENCAMP COMMENTS ON "JACK AND DIANE" MOVIE

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- John Mellencamp says he has nothing to do with a new film called "Jack and Diane." The film is running as video-on-demand. Mellencamp says his song does not appear in the movie, nor did he have anything to do with the title. Mellencamp says it's apparent the characters "were named with the hope that the familiar title might resonate in some people's minds." He says that's probably OK from a legal standpoint "but riding on someone else's coattails and having a moral compass is left up to each individual."

THE KILLERS' BRANDON FLOWERS SEES VOCAL COACH

NEW YORK (AP) -- Singer Brandon Flowers of The Killers has been taking vocal lessons. Flowers says he's not looking to become an opera singer, just to get better at using what he's got. The Killers have a new album out called "Battle Born."

I will let my guitar speak for itself." Gwar singer Oderus Urungus says Pustulus is part of a huge tribe of brutish warriors and he showed up at their studio with a bloody guitar in hand.

IGGY AND THE STOOGES HAVE ODDBALL TOUR RIDER

UNDATED (AP) -- Iggy and The Stooges once again have one of the most entertaining tour riders in the business. The Smoking Gun website has posted a copy of their backstage demands, which includes references to eating the lighting director's entire family, punching Ron Howard and an idea for a reality show involving cooking dead dogs. The drummer requires an industrial fan because "he's practicing that scarf thing that they used to do in Bon Jovi and Heart videos." The rider also requests a Bob Hope impersonator, or seven dwarves, or taller people as long as they still wear the pointy hats, or a belly dancer.
