LOS ANGELES (AP) -- A bit of history was made on "The Voice" last night. For the first time, one of the singers auditioned with a song done entirely in Spanish. Julio Cesar Castillo did a version of "La Bamba," which got raves from the judges. Cee Lo Green says he could feel the pride as the crowd stood and cheered. Cee Lo and Blake Shelton both wanted Julio, but he's going with Team Blake. Christina Aguilera loves Aquile's soulful voice and everything else about him. Christina told him her "hunger is strong." She said with a laugh she might also want a "private concert." He's now on Team Christina. There are more blind auditions tonight.
"THE X-FACTOR" GOES UP AGAINST "THE VOICE" TONIGHT
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- "The X-Factor" goes up against "The Voice" tonight and Simon Cowell is not pleased. Cowell says he thought there was "a kind of a gentleman's agreement" between NBC and Fox that the two shows wouldn't compete. Then, NBC announced it would expand The Voice to three nights this week, ensuring a ratings battle tonight. Cowell says the move is "mean-spirited" and he hopes it "backfires" on NBC. The Voice beat The X-Factor in the ratings last season, averaging 3.3 million more viewers.
"TODAY" SHOW CHOOSES KARDASHIAN'S BREAST IMPLANTS OVER 9/11 MOMENT OF SILENCE
NEW YORK (AP) -- When the competition was airing moments of silence to commemorate 9/11, Kim Kardashian's mother was being interviewed about getting her breast implants replaced. NBC says it aired other stories about 9/11 earlier in the show. It did end up showing the moment of silence in its West Coast feed.
"GUYS WITH KIDS"
BEVERLY HILLS (AP) -- The set of "Guys With Kids" is true to its name. It's full of kids. Each one of the three guys has an infant to take care of. And since babies can't work for long, they have to have back-up babies. Zach Cregger says "it can be wonderful when they're working with you and they're being spontaneous." But, he says, they can be "absolutely terrible for the obvious reasons." He says sometimes the babies don't want to work and "you've got to just let that happen." His co-star Anthony Anderson calls them "baby divas." Guys With Kids premieres tonight on NBC.
BLAKE LIVELY WANTS 30 KIDS
NEW YORK (AP) -- It's a good thing Ryan Reynolds is in such good shape. He's going to need the stamina. His new wife Blake Lively tells Allure magazine that she'd love to have 30 children, if she could. The interview was done before she and Reynolds got hitched. She said at the time that she'd never been happier in her life. She says she chooses to wake up every day and say "there's no reason today can't be the best day of my life."
CARRIE ANN INABA NO LONGER ENGAGED
NEW YORK (AP) -- Carrie Ann Inaba will head into "Dancing With the Stars: All Stars" without her engagement ring. Her publicist tells People.com that Inaba and her fiance Jesse Sloan have called off their engagement. The publicist says they're still friends. Sloan proposed to Inaba on "Live With Regis and Kelly" in March of last year.
"DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS" - MELISSA RYCROFT
BEVERLY HILLS (AP) -- Melissa Rycroft is feeling a mix of emotions about competing in "Dancing With the Stars: All Stars." She says she's "40-60 percent excited" and the rest is "nerves and fear." She says it'll be tough fulfilling the expectations going into the competition. She finished in third place in Season 8. Dancing With the Stars: All Stars premieres September 24.
"DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS" - DREW LACHEY
BEVERLY HILLS (AP) -- Drew Lachey thinks it'll do him good to have a new partner this time on "Dancing With the Stars: All Stars." Lachey won Season 2 with Cheryl Burke. His All-Stars partner is Anna Trebunskaya. Lachey says it'll give him the chance to learn some new moves and a different style of dancing. He says it could be an advantage. Dancing With the Stars: All Stars premieres September 24.
