TAYLOR SWIFT - VMA SPOOF

NEW YORK (AP) -- Taylor Swift is having some fun with MTVs VMAs She's in a comedy bit promoting the show. Swift is accused of being in love and obsessed with Kevin Hart in the promo. Hart will be hosting the awards show. Swift will perform that night. Gabby Douglas and the rest of the women's gymnastics team will present an award. Miley Cyrus is another presenter. But Swift won't be looking at what people might be saying about her online. She says she ignores the rumors about her, which are usually wrong.

PINK, ALICIA KEYS ON VH1 STORYTELLERS

NEW YORK (AP) -- Pink and Alicia Keys will be part of the next round of VH1 Storytellers. Entertainment Weekly reports that Keys will featured in the episode airing November 12. Pink will be on the next night. Taylor Swift will also get an episode on November 11. Swift will tape it at a high school or college. Students can vote for their school on a special website (taylorswiftoncampus.com). The winning school will not only host the concert, it'll get a $10,000 grant for their music department from Swift and the textbook company Chegg.

GAVIN DEGRAW GETS LAP DANCE FROM JULIANNE HOUGH

NEW YORK (AP) -- Gavin DeGraw will always remember this week's concert in Los Angeles. A bunch of his fellow "Dancing With the Stars" contestants and dancers were in the audience. After the show, they all went to a hotel lounge to listen to some jazz. People.com reports that Julianne Hough gave DeGraw a lap dance.

GRAMMY NOMINATIONS TO BE ANNOUNCED IN NASHVILLE

NASHVILLE (AP) -- For the first time since the Grammy nominations were turned into a primetime special, the big reveal will happen in Nashville. It had been in Los Angeles the past four years. Former Grammy winners and nominees will perform during the event, which will air on CBS December 5.

THE WANTED REIMAGINE THE IDEA OF BOY BANDS

NEW YORK (AP) -- The Wanted had no intention of being a boy band, even though that's sort of what they are. Singer Nathan Sykes says he was "nearly ill at the thought of being in a boy band." Singer Jay McGuiness says they realized they could steer it any way they wanted. One record label agreed they wanted to approach boy bands differently, then asked The Wanted to learn to dance. They said "no chance." They didn't sign with that label. Singer Max George says they can play instruments, so they "swapped the dance moves for instrumental moves."

KEVIN JONAS AND WIFE USING DOGS TO PREPARE FOR BABIES

NEW YORK (AP) -- Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle are using their two dogs to prepare for having children. They have a Morkie named Riley and a Maltese named Maci. Both are puppies and are waking up every hour. Danielle tells People.com that "Kevin doesn't wake up for anything." Kevin says he's the disciplinarian in the family and Danielle is "the easy one." You can watch them trying to train their dogs on "Married to Jonas" that airs on E!

AVRIL LAVIGNE TO MARRY NICKELBACK FRONTMAN

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Avril Lavigne and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger aren't just making music together. They're getting hitched. A spokeswoman for Lavigne confirms a report from People magazine they became engaged earlier this month. Lavigne and Kroeger have been dating for six months. They met in February when they co-write a song for Lavigne's upcoming album. It's the first marriage for Kroeger and the second for Lavigne. She's had been married to Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley.

RUSSIAN HACKERS ATTACK WEBSITE OF COURT THAT CONVICTED PUSSY RIOT

MOSCOW (AP) -- Russian hackers have attacked the website of the court that convicted Pussy Riot. They posted the band's latest song ridiculing President Putin and calls to release the band members. The three women are serving a two-year jail sentence.
