MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin's recall elections were high profile this year, but they weren't the only ones. A recall expert says at least 168 officials faced recall elections this year in 20 states and Washington, D.C. That's up 11 percent from the previous year.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Two Wisconsin residents are claiming their $1 million lottery prizes. Wausau resident Kathryn McGowan and Milwaukee resident David Landgraf each won big jackpots. Each is getting a lump sum payout of almost $673,000 after taxes.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin transportation officials say car buyers should be on the lookout for vehicles that were damaged in Superstorm Sandy.
