Many of us use our lunch breaks for meetings, running errands and of course, lunch. But plastic surgery?

One Madison woman is using a well known product to perform a face lift.

You are about to see the before and after -- all done over a lunch break at Lasting Skin Solutions in Middleton.

44-year-old Kika Barr has 3 kids and feels she is looking tired.

"What I am really hoping to accomplish is a really natural look. A look that will make me look good for my age," says Barr.

The decision was made to use the filler Radiese, but not to just fill the lines in her face. Its being used for a face lift.

"If we restore that natural cheek height. It actually lifts and pulls up on the nasal-labial fold or this parentheses around her mouth," says Kim Schuchardt, RN, PA-C.

There is numbing medicine inside the product. Kika is doing well.

Once its in there... Kim molds the cheek. She says it is like a customized cheek implant without going under the knife.

"Its really like injecting clay and then molding it into the cheek shape that you want."

"This side is lifted and if you look at this side of her face it looks rested and contoured and natural. whereas this side looks tired. "

The entire process took 20 minutes. They put make-up on Kika and she is ready to go back to work.

"Its quick, its safe and you see immediate results. and without the scalpel. "

It lasts for a year and a half.

Starting cost is around 2-thousand dollars.
