In this week's Hot Trends... the summer travel season is here.
We have some "tricks of the trade" on how to pack your bags and *not* get bumped from a flight.
First... Packing. Make sure to put one day's worth of clothes in your carry-on ... in case your luggage is lost. Also pack things like medication there too. Also, put your jewelry and even the belt you will wear *that day into your carry-on luggage or purse *at first.* You'll get through security faster instead of trying to quickly undress in line.
Experts also recommend tying colorful ribbons on your checked bag since there are a million black suitcases. And Cheap Tickets dot com suggests that you check in for your flight from your home computer.
As more flights are over-booked...you want to confirm that *you get your seat.
