Mr. Sampson was arrested for Aggravated Physical Abuse of a Child.

Victim:
Female, age 15, Madison

Details:
Concerned neighbors on Kendall Ave. came to the rescue of a battered 15-year old girl Monday morning.

The victim believes she was knocked unconscious after being attacked by a male acquaintance.

Residents heard her screams and saw the suspect kicking the teen numerous times in the face and ribs after taking her to the ground.

The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.

The 17-year old suspect was arrested for physical abuse of a child.
