On May, 23, 2013, at around 7:58 pm, the Grant County Sheriff's Department received a 911 call of a female out of control on E Prairie Street in the City of Boscobel PD, and the Grant County Sheriff's Office. It was found that Eliza C Kulp, 19, Blue River, had become intoxicated and disorderly at a residence in North Lancaster Township.
While attempting to return Kulp to her residence in Blue River, she became combative with the victims, causing them to pull over and call for help. After contact was made, Kulp was arrested for Disorderly Contact, Underage Drinking, and Probation Violation.
At the Grant County Jail, Kulp became combative and disorderly with the staff. The Sergeant was
kicked in the face while attempting to gain control of Kulp and a struggle ensued. She was eventually secured into a holding cell where she caused Criminal Damage to Property, Underage Drinking, and a Probation Violation. Assisting in this incident was Boscobel PD and Wisconsin State Patrol.
