Incident Report from Madison Police Department:

On Friday afternoon, around 2:08 p.m., Madison Police responded to Glendale Elementary School to take a report from a 4th grade student about a situation that had scared her that morning.

The student said she was on Lake Point Drive, and on her way to a bus stop around 7:00 a.m., when a man in a car asked her if she wanted a ride. She said, "no." She says the man then parked his car and got out. The victim ran to her bus stop, got on her bus, and went to school where she reported the incident. She described the man and said he was driving a newer, four-door, bluish-gray car. She thought it might have tinted windows.

Perpetrator is described as a black, male, 40 years old, 6', no facial hair, no glasses, medium complexion, medium build, short hair, wearing a black t-shirt, baggie blue jeans.
