Incident Report from Madison Police Department:
Around noon on Thursday a Madison Police officer spotted a Chevy Caprice speeding and driving recklessly near East High School while numerous students were in the area.
The officer watched as the car reached estimated speeds of up to 70 miles per hour as its driver sped through the area without stopping for stop signs.
The officer started to follow the vehicle and observed it at one point going in the wrong lane of traffic on East Johnson Street as it went around several cars that had stopped for a Madison Metro bus. The speeding Caprice eventually turned from North 7th Street onto East Dayton Street and struck a parked car. The driver and a passenger fled. Officers were able to track them down. Both were arrested.

Mr. Bradley was arrested and tentatively charged with Eluding, Operating After Revocation, Reckless Driving, Failure to Display Registration, Failure to Leave Name at Scene of Accident, and Obstructing a Police Officer.
Cameron Monette (passenger), age 17, no permanent address
Mr. Monette was arrested and tentatively charged with Resisting and Officer.
