CrimeTracker 15: Teen Battered After Pants Fall Down

From Madison Police Department:

On Monday afternoon, a 13-year old Madison teen contacted police wanting to report a battery that happened last Saturday night.

The victim said he and friends had been at a house party in the 2000 block of Westbrook Lane.

They were walking along Prairie Road, on their way home around 11:30 p.m., when some other young men - who had been at the gathering - confronted them.

The victim said the other teens instigated a fight.

He was punched and his friends ran. H

e also tried to flee, but his pants slid down, and he stumbled.

The victim says the three assailants then punched and "stomped" on him.

He says they ran off when they spotted a police car in the area.

Suspect(s) Male, black, 5'8", 15-16 years old, stocky build, two-inch Afro, wearing a zip-up gray "hoodie".

Male, black, taller than 5'9", light-skin, wearing a black "hoodie".

Victim suffered facial cuts and bruises. He also complained of a sore jaw.
