66-Year-Old Madison Woman Mugged Early Sunday Morning

Suspect(s):
Male, black, 25-30 years old, 5'4" to 5'6", 165 to 180 pounds, clean shaven, wearing a red sweatshirt with a grey hood, and blue jeans.

Victim:
Female, age 66, Madison

Details:
A 66-year old woman was mugged in the entryway of her Moorland Rd. apartment building early Sunday morning.

The victim said the robber placed some type of weapon to her neck after grabbing her from behind.

He demanded money but she had none to give.

He fled on foot.

    Mugger is too kind a description. How about "craven coward and despicable human being". It's time we start shaming these people. After they are caught and convicted they should be publicly humiliated in addition to whatever sentence is issued.

    Hey I have an idea that will help these violent crimes. Why don't we set up some more speed traps on E. Wash or Johnson street. Better yet, I have an idea...Why don't the police protect and serve!!
