Subject: Check Advance Store-Robbed

The Sun Prairie Police Department is investigating the robbery of the Check Advance store located in the 500 block of W. Main Street that occurred around 11:30am on Monday July 12, 2010. The suspect threatened to stab the clerk during the robbery, but no weapon was displayed.
The lone suspect of this robbery was described as a male black, average build, approximately 25 years old, wearing a white and brown sweater that had a diamond pattern on it, black boots, black jeans and was wearing a long doo-rag bandanna on his head. No one was injured during the robbery. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
