UW-Platteville Police are investigating after someone stole a Case IH Farmall tractor and John Deer gator from Pioneer Stadium.
School officials say someone broke into the locked stadium at 6:11 a.m. Sunday.
A 2012 red Case IH Farmall 50B tractor with a loader as well as a 2012 green and yellow John Deere gator were taken.
Someone cut a lock to a fenced-in area to get to the vehicles. There were no keys for the tractor or the gator. Security images show that tracks stop just out of the view of cameras, leading authorities to believe the stolen vehicles were loaded onto some type of trailer.
Investigators are still looking over the video at this time and have not released images yet.
Anyone who saw something suspicious at Pioneer Stadium Sunday morning, or saw the tractor and gator on a trailer, should call University Police at 608-342-1584 or e-mail Officer Reginald Ihm at email@example.com.
