Enticement/Kidnapping

Address:
3100 Block of Ridgeway Ave.

Suspect:
Male, White, approx. 40 years of age, slender build, wearing a white t-shirt and black hat.

Vehicle Info:
Green four door sedan, possibly a older model Honda with a white hood.

While the 4 year old's mother was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot, the victim stayed behind in front of their building. The suspect then drove up to the victim and whispered to the child to approach him. The mother immediately saw her child speaking to the suspect and grabbed the child before the vehicle was approached. The area was checked for the suspect and his vehicle but was not located.
