Arrested: Nary S. Ourn, age 29, Madison
Details: Several concerned citizens called for police after seeing a suspected drunken driver weaving all over the road, nearly hitting a pedestrian, and another car Friday night. Witnesses saw the swerving Cadillac outbound on E. Washington Ave. and then get off on Highway 30. An officer caught up with it just before the driver struck a curb and bounced back onto the roadway on N. Thompson Dr. near Swanton Rd. The driver was pulled over on Stein Ave. at Swanton Rd. and arrested for 4th offense drunken driving. Her breath test registered a .291.
