Press Release from the Janesville Police Department:
On 10/28/2012 at 7:53 pm Janesville Police Officer’s responded to 1604 E Racine St (Stop-n-Go Gas) for a report of a strong armed robbery. No weapon was displayed, but suggested. The suspect left on foot prior to officer arrival with an undisclosed amount of US currency.
The suspect was described as being a shorter male, white, around 5’4” tall, wearing a tan colored hoody, shaved head, and tattoos of tear drops on his face.
There is still an on-going investigation into this matter. Anyone with information regarding this investigation should contact the Janesville Police Department or Janesville Area Crime Stoppers.
