Victim: Kohl's

Details: Loss Prevention Officers at Kohl’s observed two subjects, later identified as Velda Richmond and Taniya Johnson, concealing merchandise and discarding the packaging in the store. Police were contacted, and arrived just as the two suspects were exiting the store. Officers took Richmond and Johnson into custody, and recovered $338.00 of stolen merchandise from a large purse, which also included candy that was consumed during the theft. Officers conveyed both to The Dane County Jail, based on extensive related histories.
