Details: On 12/29/2012, at approximately 8:45am, Madison Police responded to the 10 block of O’Brien Court reference a window that had been shot out. Officers responded, and located small caliber gun fragments that penetrated a glass window and interior drywall within the residence. No injuries were reported, but officers canvassed the immediate area around the residence, and there were no suggestions that this home was the focus of any specific activity related to the incident.

A second incident was also reported by the Chase Bank, near the 4500 block of Milwaukee Street, where a glass window pane was also damaged by a projectile, and did bear some semblance to the O’Brien Court case. It is unclear if the two scenarios are related, but both are within close proximity to one another. No other disturbances were reported in the area leading up to the reported incidents, and police are looking for any information that the public could offer authorities.
