Victim Female, age 26, Madison
A Madison woman had just finished shopping at the Walgreens on Acewood Blvd. Thursday night, when a man - who had been lurking outside - grabbed her by the arm. She had purchases in one hand and her wallet in the other, and believed the stranger was going to try to get the latter. She screamed and he ran off empty-handed.
