hispanic male, 5'8" medium build and short black hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

16 year old female from Sun Prairie

Details
The victim was waiting near the sidewalk for her father to pick her up. The suspect parked his vehicle in the adjacent lot got out and approached the victim. He grabbed her cell phone from her hand. The suspect then struck the victim in the face. He then pointed a handgun at her and told her to run away, which she did.

    Scum, wish I would see this happen, put an end to it right quick. All the technology these days u would think they could have a way to pinpoint location of the cell phone quicker
