Wake-up people! At night in a high-crime area, a stranger asks you to change a $50. RUN RUN RUN or just say NO, sorry.

I thought Red was talking about the guy having a hooded jacket. Why assume he meant race or gender? I'm going with the hooded jacket.

Red...and how come all whites are child-molesting freaks. Look at the Duke coach, Jeffrey Dalmer, Ed Gein...and the thousands of pediphiles....what is thier description?? I am white...and I am extremely offended by your ignorance.

I like the well thought out head line for this one. A "stranger"....I guess this is odd? Does this mean we usually have to be careful of close friends and relatives grabbing our wallets and fleeing?

Why is it that 70%- 80% of all suspects of criminal behavior in Madison have the same physical description?
