Male, black, 25-29 years old, hazel eyes, 5'11", muscular build, small "dot" tattoos around right eye, wearing dark baggy pants, white Nike shoes, tight yellow or white crewneck shirt, and dark blue or black jacket.

Details:
The MPD was contacted yesterday regarding a sexual assault that occurred last month.
A 15-year-old victim reports that she was on foot in the area of Koster St. when a stranger in a older dark blue or dark green, 4-door sedan with shiny rims, began to speak to her from his driver's side window.
The teen says the man ended up pulling her into the car and sexually assaulting her.
She believes this occurred sometime after 9:30 p.m. on Monday, September 17th.
