Details:
Madison Police were called to a burglary in progress Sunday evening after a neighbor heard glass breaking and pounding coming from an apartment in the 3800 block of Orin Rd.
Officers found a window broken.
Three suspects were located near the crime scene and arrested.
Residents of the targeted apartment were not home at the time of the break-in.
A backpack, watch and other items were stolen. Detectives believe the suspects burglarized the home because they believed drugs were inside.
