CrimeTracker15: Janesville man in custody after shots fired during domestic disturbance

A Janesville man is in custody after shots were fired during a domestic disturbance Friday night.

According to police, patrol units responded to a report of shots fired on the 700 block of Yuba Street at 5:55 p.m.

Twenty-two-year-old, Anthony Longtin was arrested on a felony charge related to the shooting. His 20-year-old girlfriend was not injured.

Witnesses reported a heated argument involving residents before three shots were fired.

Longtin is being held at the Rock County Jail on a charge of 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and for charges related to the domestic disturbance.

A gun and evidence of the shooting were taken during a search warrant of the home.The Janesville Police Department Detective Bureau is assisting with the investigation.
