CrimeTracker15: Man arrested for battery after allegedly biting another man

A 23-year-old man was arrested for battery Saturday after allegedly biting another man.

Trae Russell Robison entered an occupied car that was stopped at 700 block Lorillard Ct in Madison.

According to a release, Robison told the 49-year-old driver to take him wherever he wants to go but no threats implied nor weapon seen.

The driver and a friend instead told the suspect to exit the vehicle, then forcibly removed him from the car. Police said in the process, Robison bite down on the driver's arm, causing significant bruising.

According to a release, prior to this incident, dispatch received two other calls of a man trying to enter occupied cars in the area.

Police say Robison was described as "speaking gibberish" and believed to be under the influence of some unknown substance or chemical.

Robison was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and battery.
