Press Release from the Janesville Police Department:
On 04-25-2012 Detective Steve Williams arrested Javin D. Wilson for SS 940.23 (1), 1st degree reckless injury. Wilson has been in the Rock County Jail on a parole hold since shortly after a disturbance call on 12-30-2011. The charges stem from this disturbance call.
On 12-30-2011 at 1:52 am Janesville Police Officers responded to a large disturbance at 16 N. Parker Dr. The disturbance resulted in three victims being stabbed and one victim suffering a laceration to his head from being pushed into a wall. Many suspects and witnesses were interviewed as well as physical evidence collected. The evidence was examined by Janesville Police Department evidence officers and sent to the state crime lab for analysis and verification.
The results of the crime lab's analysis provided evidence to show that Javin Wilson is responsible for the stabbing.
