Incident Type: Theft

Address: 2010 Red Arrow Trail (Cash Express)

Suspect(s): Male, black, 40's, 5'8", 165 pounds, clean shaven, wearing glasses, and a black jacket.

Victim: Female, age 54, Madison

Details: A 54-year old Madison woman withdrew cash from an ATM, but it was the customer behind her who got the money. The victim said was using a machine inside Cash Express, 2010 Red Arrow Trail, on the afternoon of February 2nd.

At first she thought her transaction did not go through, so she stepped away from the ATM. As she did, the money came out. The man, who had been next in line at the ATM, grabbed the bills and ran. He was last seen getting into a burgundy minivan.
