Press Release from the Monona Police Department:
On 01/18/12, at 1:54 am, Monona Officers responded to a condominium in the 3900 block of Monona Drive for two subjects observed going through vehicles located in the parking garage.
On arrival of the officers the subjects attempted to flee the area on foot, but were quickly apprehended. They were found to be in possession of numerous articles believed to have been stolen from parked vehicles, garages and several different building storage areas in the 3900-4100 block of Monona Drive.
The two subjects arrested were identified as: Jeff D. Joe, 58 years of age and Amanda L. Davis, 26 years of age. Subjects were transported to the Dane County Jail with preliminary charges of burglary, theft and obstructing an officer.
