Male, black, 20-30 years old, 6', slim build, wearing a red letterman type jacket with the letter "V" on the front, a red shirt underneath, jeans, and a baseball cap.
Victim:
Female, age 43
Details:
Madison Police were called to the Calvary Lutheran Chapel, 701 State St., Wednesday afternoon after a man stole cash from the purse of a church employee.
The thief ran after being spotted in an office with his hand inside the victim's purse.
