Dane Co. deputies arrested a Washington State man early Saturday morning for his alleged 5th OWI.

A driver called 911 around 12:21 that morning to report another driver was “all over the road” on Highway 51.

A deputy found the vehicle and pulled it over in the Town of Burke.

41-year-old Curtis Nelson of Elk, Washington reportedly refused to complete field sobriety testing.

Along with the OWI arrest, he was cited for operating after revocation and failure to install an ignition interlock.
