At approximately 3:45 p.m., Dane County Sheriff arrested James M. Frion, age 35 of Evansville, for Operating While Intoxicated-5th Offense and Resisting/Obstructing Police.
A concerned citizen called in an erratic driver traveling east on Hwy 12/18. The deputy made contact with the driver, James Frion, in a business parking lot in the Village of Cambridge. Frion fled on foot at which time pursuit ensued. Deputies found Frion who had attempted to bury and conceal himself in a pile of snow. Frion was taken into custody without further incident and was booked into the Dane County Jail on the felony OWI and Resisting/Obstructing Police charges.
