Dane Co. deputies say a jail inmate declared AWOL in July is back in custody.
27-year-old Timothy Fleming didn't return to the Ferris Center on July 24th.
Authorities say he was picked up by police in South Beloit a few weeks ago, and is now back in Dane Co. custody.

An inmate from the Dane County Jail has been declared AWOL.
27-year-old Timothy P. Fleming, was released from the Ferris Center on Rimrock Road to attend a Probation and Parole meeting.
He failed to comply with his scheduled return time of 2:00 pm.
Fleming is serving a sentence with Huber Inmates Work and Facility Release for a felony charge of Operating While Intoxicated.
